Franz Roubaud (Russian: Франц Алексеевич Рубо) was a Russian painter, known for his panoramic paintings and battle scenes. Born in Odessa in 1856, Roubaud studied at the Imperial Academy of Arts in St. Petersburg and furthered his education in Munich.
